Limited Google My Business Functionality
During the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, Google is taking steps to protect the health of their team members and as a result, there are some temporary limitations, including:
Business information edits including open and closed, special hours, temporary closures, business descriptions, and business attributes edits.
Newly created listings, claims, and verifications will be delayed (non-health-related)
Reviews, Replies and Q&A will be unavailable.

Google tells Businesses Affected by Coronavirus to Update Listings
Google placed a notice at the top of the Google My Business support pages that reads, “If your business is affected by COVID-19, update your profile to provide the most accurate info. Businesses can use Google Posts to share more information.
